Noctis - the Bar Entertainment and Dance Association of Great Britain has been involved and supported the 'Best Bar None' campaign ever since its conception by Greater Manchester in 2003. Since then it has been rolled out across the country and now includes over 70 towns & cities. Noctis has always strived for high standards within the industry which benefits the licensed premises, customers, police and councils and the Best Bar None concept is one of the best ways of achieving this.
