The Doncaster Best Bar None Awards Scheme will be launched on Tuesday 5th September 2006 at 12 noon, following the September Pubwatch meeting.
The event will be held at Le Bistro 36-38 East Laith Gate, Doncaster with a buffet lunch available .
At the launch, information packs about Best Bar None will be available and application forms for licensees will be issued.
The Awards will be open to all licensed premises in Doncaster Town Centre with venues aspiring to become accredited in the scheme and also competing to be the best in their chosen category of pub, bar and club. A high profile awards night is to be arranged in January/February 2007 (venue to be confirmed) where all those licensed premises that are accredited can bask in the Best Bar None glory together with local dignitaries and sponsor.
